PRICES: Due to variation in overseas exchange rates etc., we reserve the right to change prices without notice but will make every effort to maintain the prices in our current catalogue.

DISCLAIMER: In an effort to offer our customers the lowest prices, quickest service and greatest value, we reserve the right to change suppliers and specifications. We are not responsible for any typographical errors or misinterpretations. Stock is purchased by us, from suppliers, in good faith. As we have no control over usage, there is no warranty expressed or implied.

PAYMENTS: We accept personal cheques but reserve the right to allow time for the cheque to clear prior to dispatch of the order. We do accept Visa and Mastercard. A freight fee will be added to each order.

G.S.T: All quoted prices include Goods & Services Tax.

FREIGHT: Generally goods are sent via Fastway Couriers. Allow $7.00 for smaller items, $10 for medium sized boxes and $15 or more for larger items. Rural Delivery is an additional $3. South Island add extra $5. Larger items such as wheels are extra. We export regularly and will quote on international orders. We pack carefully and couriers are required to get you to sign for the goods as received in good condition. PLEASE check before signing as responsibility transfers to YOU at this point.

SPECIAL ORDERS: Special order requests for items not usually stocked require a 75% deposit and may take 4-6 weeks for delivery depending on US availability.

RETURNS: All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original purchase invoice, along with instructions on how you would like the return handled and why you are returning the parts. Returns are generally not applicable to special order items. Acceptance of returns is at our discretion, freight charges are not refundable and a 10% restocking fee applies. Items must not be damaged, used or modified in any way.

BACK ORDERS: If an ordered item is something we normally stock, but are temporarily out of when your order is received, we will advise you as to when replacement stock will be at hand.

MAILING LIST: We retain a data base list of our current customers for the purposes of mailing special offers, information on new releases and catalogue updates. Absolute privacy of this information is maintained and the data is held exclusively for the purposes of Magoo's Street Rods. However, if you do not wish to be on this list, please advise us.

TRADING HOURS: 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday. The showroom is generally open on Saturday from 10am to 1pm also. We welcome club visits by arrangement.
